Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

You can request a cancellation up to 24 hours after placing an order. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you must follow our regular returns policy.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit. Please contact our customer support team before sending your order back.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
